The Spot — Local services in Barretts

I took my girls here for lunch today. We all ordered the buffalo chicken tender baskets. Each basket comes with 2 ranch dressings with it. I ordered 4 additional ranch. When our food arrived my daughter was missing her ranch. She went to the counter to get her ranch and the gentleman behind the counter told her that she would have to pay for it. She came back to tell me. I went to the counter and the gentleman told me that I would have to pay for it. I told him that each basket came with two and I paid for 4 extra and that she didn't get any. I don't know his name because he did not have a name tag on. He has black hair with black framed glasses. This isn't the first time that I have had issues with him. He always had a poor attitude and customer service skills. I have reported him several times before. So I'm trying to figure out how he still works there. If he can't be polite and treat the customers with respect he shouldn't be working there. There was an older gentleman working in the kitchen. He was amazing! Super sweet and professional.
