This is my second review 2 years after my first one: Today(09\07\2023) I found out they're not even an authorized payment center for utilities. My water got shut off today because of them. Called Golden state water and they told me they're not authorized and NOT to use them anymore. They asked for a picture of my receipt and said they're putting this place on a watch list, that they probably just take customers money and account numbers and call to place the payments themselves. Usually Romero is pretty great, but the Hispanic guy working in the smoke shop part of the store, is a different story. He's very impatient, and doesn't know anything about bongs, down stems, bowls, anything weed\wax related. I chose a bong out and he was very pushy about the fact that that was a "weed" bong and thought I couldn't use it for wax. I told him I have the bowl piece already I just needed a new bong thanks, and he kept shoving this dinky little glass piece at me insisting I needed it instead. And THEN!! HE HANDED ME A DIRTY, USED, GLASS ADAPTER!!! AND WAS TRYING TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE FOR IT! SAYING IT WASN'T USED AND U CAN CLEARLY SEE THE WAX ALL MELTED AND DRIPPED INSIDE OF IT! On top of that he was offended that I told him it was used and dirty, and kept arguing AT me that it was brand new. Then had the audacity to set it down and went to pick it up again and couldn't find it, so he straight up told me "find the dirtiest one, that was it"...IF YOU KNOW ITS DIRTY ITS OBVIOUSLY USED!! Moron.🤦 Worst experience I've ever had at shop for less.

Romero, you deserve better employees. And us loyal customers deserve better...

Great corner store I've going here since I was 15yrs old I'm 27yrs now same great people same great service. They always have fresh products and produce.

Like I told you all I never had a bad experience until yesterday. So I walk in the store to cash a $12.75 check. Any how I walk in and the owner "Romeo" is on the phone very upset and arguing in his language. So while on the phone he addresses me and says hello I say hello back I just need to cash this check for "$12.75 he looks at and says where did this come from I say the mail lol jp mortgage. And then he tells me it's fraudulent and he can't cash it. So I'm like are you serious then he gives me attitude and says I can't do it most of these checks are fraudulent. I'm like it's only $12.75 how fraudulent can it be? Anyway I'm pissed off cause he wouldn't cash it since I been going there since I was teenager. I feel he transferred his bad attitude towards me the customer when he was probably just mad...
