A serious game changer in the. world of customer service. I needed puppy formula a product I have no knowledge about...I called their customer service hotline and found I was givin the royal treatment ment for kings of kings...lol but really I was provided answers to all of my questions with a representative with a very pleasant attitude and a serious willingness to help get me what I needed...anything he was unfamiliar with wasn't an issue and I wasn't given an "I don't know" attitude that usually get unanswered. He personally called a person who had an answer to the questions he was unknolagable in keeping me feeling satisfied and well cared for. The item I needed was the last on the self and he had a team member within the store take it to the register with my name on it to ensure I get what I went out to buy...provided the name and small description of the team member holding the puppy formula and even after I forgot the brand name the woman I had to see already knew what I was talking about and gave me my item and I went home very happy. Tractor supply has always been a normal experience with nothing bad to report however this was the first time I personally needed lots of help and that's exactly what I received with what felt like a smile on their face behind the photo. I'm writing this review here because Tractor Supply refused to print a review I wrote on their site (can provide the refusal and reason) on THEIR product. I have been purchasing these for many years now and discovered earlier this year the "Rolls" were less than a third of the normal weight {3lb bag of 18 rolls 2.7ozs about 30c per roll) and now weighed LESS than 1 oz, about $1.10 per roll ??????. I contacted tractor supply who told me quote (in writing) that they had NOT changed the product weight ???????? which is NOT true (look at a picture of an bag before 2023 and it clearly has the weight of 3lbs on it, the new bag, no weight at all on it????, so no way to tell how much you are paying for it ????? which in fact is approx $1 to $1.4 EACH (4 times the price). Do they think we are stupid ? lying to us, Deceiving us with despicable business practices SHAME ON YOU and this is only one example of MANY. I am working on an Instagram and TICTOK where I will provide all correspondence from Tractor Supply on this issue. They, after 10 years of loyalty, are NO LONGER a company I will do...

Its a real big store with a variety of products. Came here looking for something to help me care for a sick kitten I just recently rescued from the street. He's was in bad condition but thanks to this store i got everything i needed to help aid this little guy out the danger zone. They have pet food, feeding containers, flee killer in all types, pet doors, and much more. Oh and did i forget to mention its for cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, cattle, pigs, horses, goat, fish; you name it and they got it 90% percent of the time.
