Dollar General — Local services in Bartlesville

I've gotta tell you, the Dollar General on 3000 Rd. in Ochelata, OK is seriously the best looking Dollar General I've ever been in. It's just so clean and well-maintained, you wouldn't believe it. I mean, the shelves are always fully stocked, everything is organized, and there's plenty of space to move around. It's like they really take pride in how their store looks. I always feel good walking in there, you know? It's definitely a step above the other Dollar Generals I've been to. The employees are always helpful and kind. Wish all dollar generals operated exactly like this one. The manager definitely need a raise or a promotion no doubt about it...

The people are friendly but the daily operations lack. If a company is going to try and run a convenience store grocery combo then the District Manager and up need to work on scheduling for peak times, deliveries, stocking and the proper implementation of price/promotional changes. Signage is good most of the time but cigarette pricing fails miserably. I give 4 stars for the cleanliness, friendliness and overall effort...

I get off late from work, realize how much time i have to get to this store, 2 mins from my house.. if its 10:45 you might as well turn around they already have the doors locked no one up front. Everytime... What is the point of convenience if they can't even stick to there hours and close when it's actually time... I can't be the only person this...
