The current general manager, Jill L. , caused the downfall of our small family owned business. Despite our unwavering dedication of six years, serving meals to employees for breakfast, lunch, and dinner twice a day, for eight hours in the morning and six hours at night, seven days a week, 364 days a year, my father passed away due to his immense commitment while he continuedto work throughoutthe pandemic. It is disheartening to witness such heartlessness from someone in a position of power. This incident only reinforces my belief that she is unfit for her role. She displayed a lack of care and acted in bad faith, causing us to waste both time and money. We were led to believe that we would continue serving the employees of distribution center 7015, only to discover that she was merely passing time until the new vending machines were installed. This resulted in a significant loss for us, as if losing a family member wasn't enough. Additionally, I had a baby during this time. Adding insult to injury, I had completed everything she asked for on time, including obtaining my sales tax permit, duns number, general liability and workman's compensation insurance, and registering my entity with the secretary of state. It is disheartening to have been misled and left without the contract I anticipated. The list of requirements I fulfilled goes on and on. I'm a firm believer in treating people how you want to be treated. I wouldn't recommend any small businesses ever doing bussines with the current general manager @ Walmart...
Read morePersonally, I am offended my most of the comments on this site. As a window clerk at 7015 I can say that the girls on my shift (Sat.Sun.and Monday DAYS) ROCK! We try to send each one of our drivers back out on the road feeling better than they came in! We ALWAYS start with a smile on our faces and try to get one back from you all. Do you guys ever consider how mean and hateful you are to the window clerks? Would you all want your wives treated the same way you treat us? On my shift we are all 10 year veterans and we know our jobs very well. We take pride in our jobs, and we love our drivers. As for the issue with the doors, listen carefully...I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THOSE OF YOU WHO DON'T COME TO GET YOUR PAPERWORK WHEN IT'S READY, OR YOU GUYS SITTING IN THE DOOR AFTER BEING CHECKED OUT. THAT'S ALL A MATTER OF BEING PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL TO EACH OTHER! Many of you want to blame Walmart for everything. It's not always Wal-Mart's fault..and furthermore, I am not Wal-Mart! I am trying to do my job and provide for my family just like you are. I don't want any of you to feel disrespected or not appreciated. We know that that if it weren't for you all, we wouldn't have jobs, or products on our shelves. I really wish I could review the experience I had with you while you were at DC 7015. Trucking ain't for...
Read moreI very seldom rate or leave reviews but this time I will make exception. I have been coming to this facility for years and for the most part have been satisfied with the service. However, this time has not been a good experience. Arrived at gate around 0600 for an 0630 appointment. Was given door 311 by the gate staff only to find another truck in that door. Called receiving only to have elderly, long Grey hair lady tell me "NO, that is NOT my door and that I have to park and walk inside and check in! I did and was told by her to go back and wait for call from her with door to back into. I did...and waited and waited. Finally received phone call from same lady a little after 0800 asking if I was in door 311? When I tell her that I was waiting on call from her for door because that was instructions she gave me, she vehemently denied saying that. In other words she called me a liar!! So now, I wait...I have paper she gave me when I first checked in with direct line to call her, that says "no door" written on it!! When is Walmart going to do something about her attitude towards drivers and her incompetence...
