United Supermarkets — Local services in Bartlesville

I've let it slip many times but enough is enough. I've lost count how many times we buy items where we find out they are past their expiration date. I was shopping there today and found a yogurt that was expired so I hand it in to let them know. It happens. But then I get home, and my apple juice is expired. How does this happen in one trip? Milk has been expired twice already as well. Cereal too.

They must know about this and if not they desperately need a new system before they start selling pet or baby food that has expired and makes them very sick. Avoid shopping here unless you're willing to check the expiration date of every item you buy.

Update July 19th, 2019: I'm not making this up - got a pack of cookies, thought they tasted dry and checked the date......

I put one star only because I can’t put 0. I’ve been trying to call them for over 2 hours and they refuse to answer and if they do answer then they instantly hang up on me. I never get greeted anytime I walk in and I usually have to wait on the teenagers to get don’t talking before they can ring me up. And they are always talking about their personal stuff while ringing people up which is very un professional in my opinion. I’m glad I wasn’t trying to call to place an order because then you guys would be missing out on money. I live out of town and now I have to drive all the way up there to ask a simple question. I usually am happy with the service I get at United Supermarket. But today, I wasn't pleased at all. I was really surprised to get this survey. I had 2 heavy sacks, and 1 that should have only had a loaf of bread in it. But when I picked up the sack and it had an onion and green pepper under my bread which made indentions in it to put in the toaster. I have trouble walking and no one offered to carry my sacks out the girl said do you want to leave it in the cart or just carry it. I didn't see the girls name. But if i Need something in the evening I will go to Walmart. The good employees seem to work...
