Bartlesville Lot A Burger (West Side) — Restaurant in Bartlesville

We decided to order Lot a Burger for dinner Friday night for our family as we normally LOVE it. We hadn’t had take out in a while so we decided to treat ourselves.

I don’t know if management changed or it’s new employees or they changed suppliers or what since last time we went, but besides 3 of 6 orders being incorrect, the food and quality was not the same.

The lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were mushy. The meat was as thin as (if not thinner) than a McDonald’s burger which makes me wonder if they got new management or changed suppliers.

I normally order a regular lot a burger and I’m stuffed but this was so small in comparison to usual that even if I’d eaten the whole thing it would not have been filling. My children wouldn’t eat their burgers and just ate the bun because the meat was just didn’t taste right to any of us and was not what we were expecting and was not juicy, it was very dry.

I’m disappointed in the $53 we spent on our food for it to mostly end up in the garbage. And the lack of correct orders. It was six orders in total but nothing that crazy, we ordered 4 burgers with nothing but meat and ketchup for the kids and one came with cheese and onions. We also ordered 2 lot a burgers with cheese and no mustard or pickles and they didn’t have ketchup or cheese on them and as I mentioned the vegetables were not fresh looking or tasting.

The fries and onion rings we got were ok but made it hard to enjoy them when the burgers were dry and not what was ordered.

I hope it was an off night because they were busy, but I likely won’t return to find out. It’s hard to justify take out for a family of our size, and if we have a less than stellar experience we don’t want to risk wasting the...

They did not give me my ranch I asked for and they also did not put the bacon on my burger. I showed up to pick the food up and they locked the doors 30 minutes earlier than their hours state so I had to go to the drive thru and tbey proceeded to forget some things. called to let them know they forgot some things but it was right at close when I called and they did not answer. I called 5 times and no answer. Still the best burger in Bartlesville. The price has gone up and up. The place looks old and rundown inside, and rightfully so. The people behind the counter seem very genuinely interested in making your order come out exactly as you want. I ordered my fries extra brown. The young man who brought out the order for my friend and I, let me know that if they weren't brown enough, he would bring more. My 6'7" friend had ordered the "triple mest, triple cheese" with everything on it combo. I ordered a double double combo. I first ate at Lottaburger in 1970.
