I had an 11:00pm delivery on a Friday night. Showed up around 9:30pm. Went to door 16 (not dock door 16) to check in. Checked in on kiosk. After checking in the guy in the office took my papers and gave me a door. I was unloaded within half an hour, with paperwork in hand.
