Story time
So I come in Thursday to get speakers and an amp installed that I bought from somebody on Facebook Brad and I discussed what I had and what I would need to do it worked with me on a price and we set up a time after he sold me on his house brand AMP kit which by the way is SOLID copper it’s not CCA or even close to the competition this stuff is top quality you could weld with it!
Drop the truck off get it set up the system installed sounds great!! They did the big 3 also which helped tremendously Next day I’m going to work I got nothing I got power to my amp no subs though so I’m thinking a loose wire so I took it Brad today (which is a Saturday) the owner came in on a Saturday afternoon, sick, after surgery, 100 degrees outside, missing dinner with his family to help me. He did all the diagnosis and I found out my amp has bad outputs and I blew a capacitor. THIS SUPERHERO IN HUMAN FORM..says you know what buddy I know this sucks let’s get you set up with one of my amps. He knows my financial situation and still worked with me. He put in his house brand Xtremesounds amp
Oh my good god! Beast! True power RMS And Brad worked with me the whole time and was so friendly, even after missing dinner he still was like you know what I don’t like these RCAs I’m gonna get you some good ones I’m gonna make sure you’re satisfied and you’re happy and everything is solid. I couldn’t and won’t recommend anyone else. YOU GO SEE BRAD. NOW. They worked with me every step of the way and now I got what I wanted and then some. He’s such a good guy! And did everything by the book and then some this isn’t some buddy of a buddy your cousin knows this guy is a mad scientist go see him! They have their own house brand everything speakers amps wires headlights! Killer Brad! You knocked it out im the happiest customer
I have 4 8 inch AB VFLs on an Xtremesounds 2000.1 now And it sounds 10 times better than the American bass 2.5k comp I had them on In my opinion I can actually feel the power now (as I’m inserting my eyeballs back into my eye sockets and picking up my rear view)
I can’t wait for Brad to build me a box and he is also currently 3D printing me ring spacers for my box so I can put grills over my subs! Thank you again Brad Eric...
Read moreI made an order on wish and decided to save some money by having the order sent here. This was before I knew how difficult it is to get ahold of anyone. They never answer any of their 3 phones and two have the same message saying their hours are weird and to text them for help. I did that and I also tried to email them and contact them via their site with no response. The only way I could get through to anyone was through fb messenger and even then it took them days to respond.
First the order was over two weeks late which I dont fault the store for. However, when it finally did arrive it took nearly a whole additional week to arrange to pick it up because I tried every method listed above and was ignored for several days. I also tried just going to the shop while their hours said they'd be open but no one answered. Finally when they responded they told me I could come at 5pm and that they're always open Tues-thurs from 11 to 6, i found this untrue considering I did show up before 6 on the previous thursday and no one answered. I confirmed that it was ok for me to come at 5 and was told yes. They also seemed to suggest I had tried going to the wrong door when I definitely did not.
So I show up very shortly after 5, their parking lot is blocked off and I have to park on the side street and walk up. I then had to knock for nearly a minute before an irate man answered the door an immediately said 'we dont do this after 430, it says so on the site' I told him I had checked with whoever ran their fb messenger to make sure I could and he just repeated it again. I checked later and could find no such statement on their website and there were certainly no signs on the door or in the window. I was also defintely not told then when I asked if I could come at 5pm.
I'm not one of their valued customers so maybe that's why I got this sort of treatment. I just know if I was actually trying to get work done on my car I would have given up and gone somewhere else after not being able to get in touch with them for weeks.
Theres two other drop off locations in the area that actually answer their phone and seem to have regular hours so I'll probably try them if this experience hasn't put me completely off doing...
Read moreI recently had a 10-inch Rockford Fosgate subwoofer with an integrated 300W amplifier installed in my 2022 Genesis GV70, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Although the car already came with a premium Lexicon audio system, I found it lacking in low-end bass. The subwoofer is secured with velcro to prevent sliding but can be easily detached if I need extra cargo space. And the sound? Phenomenal! I now find myself looking for excuses to drive just to experience my playlists all over again.
