TCT — Local services in Basin

We moved from a big city where we had CenturyLink and no joke I had to fight with them every couple months over my bill, they were always over charging us. Since signing up with TCT almost 2 years ago I never have had to call them to fix a billing error or anything for that matter, it has been AMAZING! The service is great, and I love that they don't try to sneak in price changes every year. TCT communications were available here and due to the very best and fastest internet, email and Phone service I had ever experienced, my move here enabled me to do my job quickly and efficiently!! Montana State Education reports and federal reserve OCR reports were done very efficiently and quickly!! I finished my last report last November!! We have TV also and for all accounts TCT service...

The staff and technicians are great, my problem is with paying a premium price for an internet service that is beyond slow. I have two lines into my house because if one person is doing something online no-one else can do anything.
