The Rustic Crab — Local services in Bass River Township

We had an amazing experience with the Rustic Crab. As a Georgia gal, this was my first experience buying fresh out of the ocean Blue Crab. He taught me the difference in the different grades and told us what we needed to do for prep. Gave us some shuckers. Bought some Old Bay. And we set off to make the most delectable crab cakes I have ever eaten. While cleaning out the crab meat and snagging some solid bites I can attest the crab meat was so sweet and succulent by its self. Certainly affordable for the quality of meat enjoyed. I will be back....
