I bought a RV here very recently the owner gave me one price for 7500 for the RV I want it overnight as I was ready to think about it and give him his money the next day to pick up Rv I noticed that my wife had found the same RV from the same place for $5500 I immediately called The individual on the post and said he works there and that the price they gave me was the wrong one came in the next day checked out the RV they gave me false information tell me there is no water leaks they have put brand new flooring brand new carpet and it was my fault not checking but that’s what you get when you trust a dealer like this on the floor was completely rotten now they covered it with waterproof adhesive or roof coating same thing with the roof after having the RV for about a month I had to do major repairs both on the roof and on the floor I would not recommend this place to any one although they do have OK RVs but very overpriced and there’s a lack of communication between the owners pricing and the employees pricing be careful while coming here alone they will take it vantage of you if it’s your first time because that’s exactly how I felt And on top of the mold growing from the roof underneath the floor that they covered up underneath the carpet’s there were some on the walls as well on four separate walls half of the roof was moldy and that’s because the employee told me that they had redone the floor and the carpet so they were well aware of the damages they just covered it up and it seems like they’ve done this before after reading a few other peoples reviews online oh and on top of that I’ll check it out the RV I noticed that the lights in the front of the RV weren’t working which is about half of the RV they told me that The light bulbs just needed to be switched out not to worry about it I end up finding out it’s an electrical problem where the wires are frayed due to water leaking it kept on tripping the breaker frying all the wires overtime overall my experience here was terrible I was in need of an RV they knew that and they took it vantage that’s the reason why I give this store a one star And if I was able to I would give it -5 stars they don’t conduct business here and at the end of the day I feel manipulated into buying something that I did not want And the furnace doesn’t work although the guy told me he would fix it never came out to come fix it they don’t keep their word if you do decide to buy an RV because you’re tight with options I would highly consider not to come here they might be cheap compared to everything that’s around but you will have major problems and you will be lied to Hope this...
Read moreDean and Anthony sold us a $3,340 "reroof" of our 37' Wilderness travel trailer in spring of 2016, before they moved from the Lakeway area and adopted a new name. Put a 10-year warranty in writing. When the drought ended in big rains this fall, we discovered several leaks in the roof, which was collapsing in places. Had it evaluated by another professional before tracking down these apparent shysters in Bastrop County. He could tell from the damage that there was little likelihood the roof had been replaced, just covered over instead, hence the extreme failure. Our requests to get them to honor the warranty, in a manner within reason and in fairness to both parties, were met with numerous hangups on the phone and no response to email (including the emailed photo documentation Dean himself requested). To our faces when we drove out to the shop, Dean acknowledged twice (in a conversation we recorded) they would "take care of us" but once he saw the photos of all the damage is doing nothing but using the new moniker as a dodge. Will have to file in JP court to seek redress. Also reporting them to their licensing agency, as it's our duty to report dishonesty and bad dealings by dealers it tasks with maintaining ethical standards. No doubt in our mind these people have the capacity to screw over sales customers in like manner. Would put up a no-star or fractional-star review if the system allowed, since this is a case of both inept workmanship and sleazy treatment, and that we have to go through the...
Read moreThis isn’t just a review, this is a testimonial to what an amazing person Ashley is, and how she helped us in an emergency! We have an animal sanctuary, and we house some of our rescues in three different RVs that we have. The other morning, I came to find that the power was out in one of the RVs in which we have some of our rescued cats. The culprit was an adapter plug that had overheated and melted. It’s June in Texas and it’s already in the mid to upper nineties, and the Cat Flat (as we call it!) was heating up fast. We usually have on-site back up equipment such as the adapter for just this type of an emergency, but after looking and looking, I could not find one. I frantically drove to ARVC to get a new one, but they were out of the one we needed. I also left in such a hurry I did not have any form of payment with me. Ashley could see I was perspiring and obviously frantic that the cats might overheat, so she took me out onto the lot and we looked all over the place for the right adapter. By the Grace of God there was one laying by one of the RVs they were working on. She told me I could have it, and when I told her I couldn’t pay for it, she said that’s alright, just take it so you can cool down those kitties! She blessed us so much that day, and I promised I’d write a review, so here I am and here it is! May God richly bless you Ashley for your kindness and graciousness! We’ll never forget that you did for our animals...
