Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

First off, I love Jack in box. This one needs either a new manager or remedial training. Also, head phones and being on your cell phones isn't a way to run a business. I have to grab there attention to try and fix my order that I paid for. I can take my business else where, but i rather not. I personally saw trash from the lobby brought back into the kitchen, rolled by all the food. I personally saw cockroaches in the rest. The food wasn't correct , wanted a receipt amd was telling me there nothing wrong with the burger. I asked for no mayo, no america only ketchup Cheddar cheese and bacon. I get every thing i didn't want. So I went from drive through to parking and I politely paid extra for shredded cheddar cheese, that is what I would like not American cheese. Also, besides being dirty and having attitude I wouldn't spend your money here unless it changes. Go down the street, across from Bucee's there is a better, safer and faster...

Updated to three stars as the area manager (Veronica I think) called me and corrected the issue. She was very pleasant and professional. Let me know she just took over that store so hopefully in a few weeks there will be mass improvement in quality.

My $10 sandwich is overcooked to the point I'm afraid it's going to break a tooth and honestly looks just pathetic. I got 8 tacos with no sauce, hardly any meat, and none of the requested sauce packets. This is how all 8 tacos looked.

My strawberry Daze drink is absolutely disgusting and just got poured down the drain. Tastes like straight syrup, even my husband won't drink it. He gagged when he tasted it.

Of course their phone is still emitting a busy signal like it was three days ago so I'll be calling corporate tomorrow.

Ordered 2 Ultimate Cheeseburger meals and 4 orders of tacos (4 w/out lettuce/4reg). They forgot my tacos 😫 I realized as I drove off. So, I went back (inside) to get them and not only did they not give me an extra anything free (except a cup to have a drink while I waited {again!!} for my food), they had the audacity to charge me for the 4 orders of tacos AGAIN!!! I didn't realize that til I got home as I was told by the guy taking my order (again) I wasn't originally charged for said tacos. Ugh! In addition, the guy wasn't at all apologitic,he wasn't rude, he just didn't own up to the mistake nor did he show any care.
