Upgrading devices is super easy and the associate I dealt with is great, Brittany I think it was. But the other times we've been to resolve plan issues, and such-we have been treated with no concern and the employees didn't seem to care at all. They didn't know what they were doing and didn't try to escalate it to a higher tier of support. They didn't try apologizing for not being able to help or show any sort of empathy. I am a contractor for Samsung sales so I know how customers are supposed to be treated as far as a certain regard for compassion or care. We have not been treated with such. The first time we went for our issue was to setup our account with a pin in order to view our bill online. My wife and I chatted with employees online via chat support and they informed us to go in store. We went in store and they couldn't do anything and didn't try escalating the issue to management. Tonight, I went to finish enrollment in a discount program, as I did the process online then was texted directly from cspire (611), to go in store. I went in store, they said they couldn't do anything and it was supposed to be done online. They told me to call the FCC and cspire, then just walked away basically without making sure I needed anything else. I felt like they didn't care at all. I was very polite and understanding. So I don't understand why they couldn't at least try more. I dread going to this store. It's utterly useless the past two times we've been to be quite blunt. I hope this will get to corporate.
