I scheduled a appointment the day before I told them I was new and wasn’t really sure about the process they booked me with a barber named tre for 8am I arrive at 8:03 doors never opened till 8:33 I was waiting in the lobby since 8:33 I decided to leave at 10:50 only because the owner told me he was gonna cut my son hair next when he finished with the person currently in his chair but when he was finished he skipped over my son knowing we’ve been sitting there since opening the owner scheduled me with someone who never showed up why would you schedule me with someone who can’t even work their shift horrible customer service...
