If I can give ZERO Stars I would my dasher has been waiting on my order for over an hour.I called to ask for management to see how much longer before I cancel my order since she’s (dasher)been waiting for 45 minutes.Time is going and going I really just don’t understand why it taking sooo long.I called the phone and one of the workers picked up and told me she’s not a manager I have to give her a second to get the manager. I have been holding on the phone for over 10 minutes and still no one has come to the phone.They do not have 1/2 gallon bags to put my drink in so I said I’ll cancel it on my end.However ,I placed my order at 7:50pm it is now 9:10pm and still no order is done.Per my dasher the manager do not want to give her name she said she is not speaking with me regarding my order and I feel like it’s real messed up that we have to go thru this.HOWEVER PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES I PERFER THE ONE OFF GREENWELL SPRINGS ROAD. Read moreWhat I WON'T say is that I've had a recent extremely bad experience from this place. However, what I WILL say is whether you go inside or outside you better have a LOT of patience. Because you ma'am or sir, are in for a LONGGGGGG wait. And when I say long, I mean long. Longer than any so-called fast food joints should take to get you your food. What I find most insulting about this facility is that at many times I've been requested to backup in the Drive-Thru to run back over the marker so that it may read that two vehicles have gone through whereas only one has. So, the statistical value (which is probably like a 2:1 ratio) of what they are actually reporting for this business is totally inaccurate. For every one vehicle on average they've actually reported two.When I do consider eating at this business, I have to make the decision of whether or not I even want to go to this Popeyes because I am aware that I will be waiting too long. Also, to make it worse, they even request that you pull around to towards the front of the business and sit in the parking lot for an additional 10 or 15 minutes just waiting for two-piece meal. I will not say that I have gotten a particular bad batch of food. But, they need to learn to efficiently and sufficiently expedite the dispersing these meals. Read moreI placed my order on the app at 6:42pm it said it would be ready at 6:49. I waited in line 20 minutes only to find out that my order hadn’t gone through their system. The cashier at the window asked if I placed the order at that location I showed her my phone and she said yeah that’s our store. But we don’t have your order. I stated but I paid for it. She humped her shoulders as if to say I don’t know what to tell you, she said that she didn’t use that app thing and she didn’t know anything about it, she then stated that I should talk to her manager, who was outside in front of the store. The manager suggested that I give it even more time to come through their system. I told her that I wanted to cancel the order. She told me that I would have to do that through the app, but she didn’t know anything about the app. She then told me to just play around with it. Of course there was no way to cancel the order or get my money back so I had to wait. Finally about 7:20 they had my food.
