The uniforms themselves are good and I have no issues with. However I have had a terrible time trying to get repairs. For starters myself and everyone else I work with cannot for the life of us get our clothing repaired when we need it repaired. We fill out repair requests but they seem to be ignored or just not picked up with the clothes. I want to sign up for GTrak but it needs a stop number and locker number. I've email several Gallager help lines but have gotten no response so im stuck there too. Currently our best way to have clothing repaired is to tie them in knots and hope they see the hole or broken button. We work in a Foundry and if my shirt has a hole in it I cannot use it. I keep trying to catch the delivery guy but he comes at random times so it's hard to catch him.
