Sound Connection Inc — Local services in Baxter

I have been to Sound Connection many times over the years. It started with car radios, then speakers and amps. When my daughter was born I needed a dvd player installed. So I had one in the roof installed that would fold down so she could watch it on long trips. The installation was perfect. It looked like it was factory. The next thing I got was a car starter. With our winters here, that thing was a life saver. As I got different vehicles I would get different things added in them. The last thing I got was just a few weeks ago, it was a marine radio and speakers for our boat. So I just wanted to say that I have been doing my shopping at Sound Connection for many, many years. If you are looking for a place that will treat you right on price and respect then I would recommend Sound Connection.

I do not have enough words or the right words to explain what an amazing experience I had at Sound Connection. Zach Zach answered the phone when I called and was patient, graceful, and extremely helpful. When I had technical questions, he was able to answer them or he would go and ask the tech. I was looking to make an investment on LED lighting for my pick up and I went to sound connection. Dade, the tech was a plethora of knowledge. He was fair and honest, and answered every single one of my questions. Beware, though this is a loyal staff, when I asked Dade if he would do the work outside of there he said absolutely not . I never considered getting custom work done on my truck, after my experience at sound connection, I may reconsider and put in sound and...

I accidentally left a review on the St. Cloud/Waite Park store by accident a while back. Still a good review, but i need to leave it at the place that the work was done. This review is FAR overdue, but here it is:

Sound Connection does amazing work. Hands down. I had asked them to install a remote starter, new deck, and my amp/subs (subs already in box) within an afternoons time. They were able to complete the tasks fully within the time frame that I had provided them. All of my systems (deck, amp/subs, remote starter) are all still in 100% functioning order. Took me a few days to learn the new setup, but once I learned everything, it's been an amazing experience.
