I must say customer service is great when you walk in the door, after you pay, good luck finding any! My family paid over $120 for 3 passes and various single purchase activities. The go karts worked great and were enjoyed mostly, everything else was a guessing game if it worked, was staffed, or if staff was educated on how to use the equipment. “Spin zone” (bumper cars) has a large selection of cars, yet staff informed us (after we paid $22 additionally for the 5 of us to do this activity together) that only 3 cars work. 3 of us got on the ‘working cars’ to discover that in all reality only 1 of them worked properly, the other 2 shut off continuously and had to be manually restarted by staff, until we were told “that’s all I’m not restarting them again” when staff was asked how to operate these cars we were answered with “if you move both levers to the front, it’s supposed to go forward, I guess”. After that one of my children wanted to participate in the splash zone, where we waited for 5 minutes (no one was using this activity) while a young male & female staff giggled and flirted back and forth. Eventually the young woman came and said “oh do you want to do the splash zone?” To which my daughter excitedly said YES! The girl responded oh you don’t have anyone to do it with, you can launch water balloons then. Which is indeed all she did, fling the water balloons a couple feet, once again with ZERO instruction on how to pull or aim the sling for them. We approached staff inside with our frustrations and were met with a very “oh well” attitude by the same man that gladly accepted our money without explaining ANY issues we may experience when purchasing additional tickets. After being told by another member of staff “it is against our insurance policy to offer refunds of any sort” we left and attempted to go to the batting cages. Which were indeed, as you may guess by now, not working properly. Fast pitch baseball was out of order completely “waiting for parts” which my husband purchased a single use ticket for, and we were again not informed that it was not working. The softball pitching seemed to work, only when the ball retrieving device was prodded by staff with a pole. That was my last straw and I approached the staff again, this time without my husband. I explained my frustrations politely and they asked how they could make me happy. I said my husband wanted a full refund but I would settle for 1 full price ticket to be refunded. I was once again met with much push back and was told “you used all your go cart punches and that’s the most expensive thing we offer” after discussing my frustrations in detail again, she started figuring out how or what she could refund me. My husband came into the building, she looked directly at him and said “okay so I can refund one ticket, no problem”. Only after my husband appeared did she agree on my request. We decided to at least give mini golf a try before leaving. The turf was peeling up on several holes, the bricks were being picked up and played with by other attendees causing the course to be off, the holes were disheveled and needing attention to say the least. I will not patronize this business again and encourage you to consider if it’s worth the hassle or not and disgusting...
Read moreTo be honest it’s a bush league experience for a first rate price. The go kart ride was satisfactory but that was about it. Half of the batting cages were out of order and the rest of them required constant attention. The bumper cars were out of order except one. The attendant was unable to explain how to operate the three that they offered my family. One ran properly, the other ones had to be repeatedly re-started during the 5 minute (approximately) experience. The mini golf course is in terrible repair with frayed turf and holes bulging from the ground. Now on to customer service. The manager was more than happy to greet us and take our money but that is where the courtesy ended. When I inquired why they would take payment for defective equipment (bumper cars) the manager informed me they were unable to offer refunds due to their “insurance contract”. This proved to be an outright falsehood. After discovering the other issues with the facility I approached management for the second time. After tons of hassle and condescending attitude we were able to obtain partial refund. Due to the go karts being at least serviceable I’ll rate my experience a 3 out of 10 but definitely do...
Read moreGreat experience, used the Viper Karts (look up "Viper rental karts" on google, the gas motor variation is the one they used for the licensed racers), I had called in advance because I lost my drivers license in my house the morning we left, they said as long as I'm 16 and respectful they'd let me. So I was, although I was the only one on the adult track (there are 2 tracks, family for all ages, and the one with the race karts for licensed drivers only).
The general karts (Non Race):
The karts were nice, a little janky, but overall, they were very safe. Not to fast, but perfect for younger racers.
Advanced Kart section (Race Karts):
Handling was generally the same for the 2 karts I tried. The breaks vary, as the first one had less pressure going to the brakes than the second one. (First was more of a race setup and second was more of a rental setup.)
The first one had obviously been used alot, no issue, engine wasn't as powerful, I'm guessing due to wear and tear.
Pretty fast,...
