I have chainsaw in hand talking to him about the oil gas ratio of which he is unsure and a lady comes around the corner and says I hate to tell you this but we cant sell you that chain saw. Thinking huh what do you mean you cant sell it. Can't buy a chainsaw late today because no one was there to "authorize it." And your the only authorized dealer.. no Bueno for me. "You can come back tomorrow." No thank you with that kind of customer service I'll head to New bern. Wouldn't buy here if it was the last one on Earth at the moment. The service guys in the back are most friendly and helpful. It is obvious that they take pride in the work that they do. If you do not get what you expect, then they WELCOME you back until you do. Everyone does their best to provide and maintain a sincere CUSTOMER FIRST attitude but for one of the cashiers out front.
