If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Came in with a Broken CB radio, and microphone. Philip got me sorted out in short order. Repaired the microphone And radio and offered me a very reasonably priced upgrade so my range will be farther. Since I’m a knucklehead, he took the time to explain the dial settings and how I have been using them incorrectly. He let me sit there while he repaired it and explained the measures he was taking and what parts he was working on what they did. I’ve been driving less than three years and I know a lot of new drivers do Not understand the importance of having a CB radio. I am so grateful he took the time to explain to me how to use it to the fullest extent. I’ve learned more from listening to the CB than I ever did in my dinky little CDL school. I can't give a good or bad score because I've never been here. I've tried. It seems like every time I come to Houston it's always on a weekend. And there's been several times, including now, that I've needed work done. I agree with the rest of everybody on here that states that you should be open on the weekend. You got a ton of people doing their 34s which usually turn into 48s lol., within 500 feet of you. And I seriously need this work done. I bought some equipment from an online retailer then had trouble with the mount and coaxial cable, with horrible SWR readings, turned out the cable was shorted out. I went to 4Gs and they got me set up with proper cable with connections made on the spot plus a new antenna. Before buying anything online go to 4 Gs and tell them what you need.
