I went in on a girls trip (maybe July 2nd), I had never been. My Mom sister and 9 year old niece came to SHOP. I ended up putting my items back after some VERY rude lady yelled at her employee, over my nieces question (so basically at my niece too). I stepped back out of my aisle to see who she was screaming at. Only to see my terrified niece almost in tears, for asking a simple question. The WHOLE store got to hear how she is NOT lowering the price of the doll house!!! That when HER daughter wanted that at the store new, it cost blah blah blah! That it's only been in the store a WEEK! (Which isn't true, it's been at least a month. Maybe assembled for a week, but not a new item) That poor baby was about to die over there. I don't care what it cost new, it was DONATED to you!!! And being sold in a resale shop. And if you're that frustrated over people asking you to lower the price of it... HINT HINT, it's probably priced too high. My Mother would buy that girl ANYTHING, new or used. But never that doll house, from you. I walked out and allowed my Mom and sister to continue their search for unique pieces for her upcoming wedding. But that's the last money you get from my family. I hadn't even gotten two aisles in and was already $30 lighter. Decided not purchase a cents worth of merchandise from such a nasty lady. I hope when she disappeared to her hole after I let the store hear my civil but loud opinion of her, she adjusted her attitude...treat a nine year old like that. ...

I’ve always enjoyed finding fabric remnants at thrift stores. I like using something second hand and help a cause at the same time. The fabrics and crafts have become so overpriced that I’ve scratched Goldmine off the list. It actually has me feeling rather sad. There certainly isn’t a crush of people enjoying a good bargain hunt, instead it has become a stale overpriced boutique. Quite lifeless. I won’t be going back to shop and more importantly donating if my donations will be overpriced and out of reach of someone who will enjoy them. If you are looking for antiques and have deep pockets you may enjoy visiting as their shelves are full. Sadly, I think like many charitable businesses it has become too corporate and...

After 5yrs of visiting, this store is still a perfect gem! About %60 clothing, 5% high end furniture, %35 mix of everything else you can think of. Prices are usually average on most things, but clothing is where the deals are at. Inventory rotation speed is average. Employees are generally nice and keep to themselves. Overall it's 100% worth the occasional stop.
Pros: great selection, price varies based on needed items to luxury goods (amen, great policy, help the poor but make money on the luxury), ALWAYS clean.
Cons: none, flawless...
