I don't write reviews very often but though I should with the experience my husband and I had. I have never walked into a store and been treated so badly before. My husband and I waked into the show room to look for a faucet for our newly remodeled kitchen and after 40 min of no one acknowledging us we walked out, and they watched. 3 employees were there and walked right by us multiple time and acted like we weren't there. I know we didn't have an appointment and were fine waiting, but though a "hi, We will be with you as soon as we can" or a "would you like to make an appointment" would have been appropriate. Never again will we go there. Terrible...

I researched bathroom toilet/bidet on Amazon but wanted to source it locally because of the items weight,shipping risk, and cost.
