I went to Bella’s YOUnique Bridal Boutique for a fitting in the beginning of November 2020 and was immediately thrilled when I walked in. The place is GORGEOUS and made me feel like a princess seeing all the beautiful gowns out and about, and the cute message on the tv welcoming me to the store. I was very comfortable with how the place is handling covid as my mom and I were the only ones in the boutique besides our wonderful consultant, Emily and the owner of the boutique, Monica and all four of us wore masks the whole time. Emily is absolutely fantastic. She asked about what I like, my wedding vision, my husband-to-be and then selected a handful of gowns based on that. And she killed it. The first gown I tried on (something she picked out) was the one I fell in love with. I did try on about 5 more since this was only the second store I had been to, the first being a David’s Bridal that really didn’t have the style I was looking for and did not help with getting into the gowns or pinning them back to fit my body. Emily DID help with zipping/buttons and clipping the dress to fit me and it not only made me feel more at ease, but really showcased the gowns to help me decide. I fell in love with that first one but there are some alterations I want to make to the back that we weren’t sure were possible so Emily and Monica contacted their recommended seamstress on my behalf. I ended up leaving that first appointment with no dress and spoke with the seamstress later on (who said she can do what I’d like, woo!). My mom and I checked out one more bridal boutique to see if maybe there is a dress that has both the front and back in the style I like but the experience was a lot more rushed and forced, nothing like what I felt with Emily and Monica, and oh my goodness the pricing was MUCH higher than Bella’s. I felt sure after that outing I needed that first dress at Bella’s so I made a second appointment and lucked out that my dress was still there. I lucked out again when I got to work with Emily for a second time. She remembered me and the dress and was very excited for me to come back for it - she knew it was “the one” for me. She was wonderful in helping me to work through the pricing with Monica even though Monica was not at the boutique that day and between the two of them we got to a price I could handle so that I could get my amazing dress. I am so thankful to both of them for working with me and making the experience such a positive one. I also want to mention that each time I emailed Bella’s it was Monica (the owner) that responded and she responds FAST and even on days when the store is closed. I don’t think it’s ever fair to expect responses outside of business hours but Monica takes customer service to a whole new level and really went above and beyond. Soooo long story, but I wanted to share how great my experience was in case it helps other brides. I got a stunning designer dress at a crazy reasonable price and had an amazing experience. I have only had one other bridal shopping experience before visiting Bella's YOUnique Bridal Boutique. This is my first wedding and when going to the first boutique I didn't really know what to expect but after visiting Bella's YOUnique Bridal it made me realize how poor the customer service was at the first boutique I visited. Monica, the owner, was very friendly and personable. It was obvious she has a passion for assisting, soon to be brides, with finding their dream dress. When I arrived I was greeted by a "welcome Jaclyn and guests" sign that was displayed on her tv that hung from the ceiling, I thought that was a cute touch. She had refreshments and a cheese/cracker spread for my guests and myself. Her Boutique was gorgeous. She was very patient and interested in what my likes and dislikes were. I showed her the 'dress to beat' that I fell in love with previously (which was WAY over my budget) Monica pulled 5 or 6 dresses. She assisted me in and out of each dress. The first dress I tried on I fell in love with (and fit like a glove) it was almost exact to the dress that I showed her. I ended up purchasing my wedding dress from Monica. Her prices are very affordable. My budget for a dress was $1000 and I ended up purchasing my dress for almost half that price! My guests and myself had the entire boutique to ourselves. Monica is a sweetheart, I felt very comfortable with her. My overall experience with Monica was exceptional! I would highly recommend any bride to visit...

My daughter Nicole said "yes to the dress" at this wonderful shop on March 17, 2018.! We had visited the shop a couple of weeks prior and had been serviced by Veronica who was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and quite helpful. We did want to check out other options and visited 2 other local Bridal Shops. Those experiences we felt were busy, rushed and you did not get the personal attention we enjoyed at Bella's. Phones were ringing, consultants were running from one client to another etc. Our return visit to Bella's was with Monica the owner. She could not have been kinder or more attentive . Monica is a caring individual and it shows. She is patient, knows her business and at no time did we feel rushed or obligated to buy one of her unique dresses. The appointment for Nicole was centered on her. There were no phones going off or being answered during her appointment. Monica was there helping Nicole the entire time. We left knowing we had made the right dress decision and better yet, made a great memory of this special moment. If you are looking for a one on one experience and one of a kind dresses then this is the place for you. I call this shop "a little hidden treasure of kindness and caring". You leave the shop renewed that people still deliver great customer service and care about the business they have. Thank you Monica...
