Ive been an Ace customer since 2016, and have been going to the Beatrice store since 2017. The whole staff there are amazing and treat you like family. Every time they get in new things they know me or my kids would love, Dondi, Brittney, or even Tim, calls to let me know they fit this new thing and to see if I want to snag it lol. Very terrible owners who talk bad about their customers. Prices are outrageous, and they are definitely trying to screw you out of money. I would choose elsewhere to buy anything, you’ll find better deals. They definitely want to scam you out of your money. They are not professional people at all, and honestly are not very kind. They will give you a lot of attitude for no reason. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They will NOT fix anything for you because everything is “back ordered”. They wont even give you all the pieces of what you ordered....

The same as cash is a lie, I put $300 down on a $999 dollar mattress set which would have taken it to $699. I paid $140 and change 5 payments and a final payment of $173 which would be around $873. They made me pay almost the full price before I put the $300 down, they only counted $174 of the $300 put down. Don’t trust what they say or believe the contract they have you sign.
