Where can i start? I was stranded on the side of the road, phone died but bf my phone died i called 911 they sent me help it was Paul's he offered to help tow me and i declined because i knew help was coming, that help came and couldn't help me now stranded for real for almost 4hrs no one will stop to help me, no phone and its 17 degrees out there! Thank god i sent pics to my sister and she ended up calling the state trooper they came to do wellness check on me and i called this place bc luckily they left the card to call, he got there in literally 5 min because he was on his way to check on me on his own anyway since he did not hear from me. He was concerned.. The service was A1 he took me to enterprise waited for me, took me to a parking lot for my car to be parked safe, he had a call to go to a crash site ge had to leave, but he came back to get me to take my car to a shop, he tried to help me every way he could.. was coming up with solution that i couldn't think of just so i was safe.. thank you for all your kindness and your time i really did...

I needed to have a car towed off the street into a tight spot in a driveway. A driver by the name of ALVARO showed up for the job. I asked if he can get the car nose first in the driveway, without hesitation this gentleman went to work. He positioned the car as needed, and brought the car up a narrow alley and proceeded to back the car in nose first. Well to my surprise....he set the car carefully into the spot with professional precision!! The car fit perfectly and the job was done right with NO DAMAGE at all. Completely professional, complete gentleman, and a completely reasonable price.I would highly recommend Paul's towing service to anyone in need. Thank you...

My roommate and I were on our way back to VA on the Sunday after CCE 2019 when we got a flat tire while on the highway. We waited a while because of AAA bouncing us around (per usual for them), but the guys at Paul’s Auto Center were super understanding and nice about it. Because the Firestone they were originally going to tow us to was closed, they brought us to their shop location (technically after hours for them). Our tire got repaired relatively quickly and smoothly with good service. Thank you guys so much for helping us out so we could make it to our classes...
