Absolutely beyond 10 out of 10 would recommend! While I have yet to shop at the Mercantile in person, I have shopped online through Facebook sales and the quality of the goods I purchased and the customer service J Bohn provides is ALWAYS exceptional! I have been shopping with J Bohn for years, even before the Mercantile, and while I have never met her in person, she has never once made me feel like I was ‘just another customer.’ She always makes me feel like we are good friends chatting and trying to figure out what would be an awesome gift for whoever I’m shopping for! JBohn is all about customer service and making people feel beautiful and comfortable. Her positive energy mixed with her cozy and vibrant studio just makes you feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. She even personally dropped off an order (the earrings in the photo below) when I couldn't get to her showroom that week. Talk about going the extra mile! I strongly recommend JBohbBishop Mercantile because she is an amazing businesswoman who has an eye for fashion and is 100% customer oriented.

J Bohn is one of a kind! She has a talent in so many areas. Her eye for decor, clothing, jewelry, and so much more is the best!
