WORST experience I've had with furniture purchase and craftsmanship. DO NOT BUY from High Point Furniture and DO NOT buy Sam Moore. Took 9 months to get a custom loveseat and cuddler, then when it arrived NONE of the legs touch the floor squarely and one of the legs doesn't even touch at all! Fabric is stretched awkwardly too. Now I've been waiting another 3 weeks to hear something back from anyone about how they will fix it. I've heard NOTHING. I'll never buy Sam Moore again. I would give it NO stars if that was an option.

**update: they came out to look at the couches and determined it was a manufacturing “issue”. (Of course it is) They are building another one for me to replace it. So now I wait another 9 months for it. I appreciate fixing the issue, but still do not understand how it left the warehouse like this in the first place.

**next update: 8 months have gone by with no word of the replacement couch. So when I contact High Point Furniture, where I purchased the couch, they say nothing has been ordered and the guys who came to look at the couch said everything was fine. I am now pursuing legal action for a couch I paid nearly $4000 for almost a year and half ago and still do not have one with legs that...
