United States Postal Service — Local services in Bedford

Mail carrier folded a package in half. Package was clearly marked on both sided Photos-Do Not Bend. Carrier bent the package anyway and ruined my son's College Graduation Photos. I went to post office and complained to the post master. She said there was nothing she could do about replacing the photos but that she would tell carrier not to bend the packages. I left the post office drove home and checked the mail for the day and there was another package that carrier had broken the box in half to make it fit in the mailbox. I called post master and sent her a picture of the package. So here we are a few weeks later and I get another package out of mailbox that is marked both sides DO NOT BEND. Again the carrier bent the package and this time it creased my son's college degree credentials. Clearly the mail carrier does not care about doing her job well nor does she care about the contents of the packages that she delivers. Apparently the post master didn't do her job either as the problem has clearly not been fixed. These were the 2 most important packages that have ever been delivered and she ruined both of them....

Not that this review matters to anyone these days. But I am sick and tired of Bedford postal. Today they decided while we were home to deliver our packages: 1) without honking or knocking. 2) without ringing the door bell. 3) without bagging the mail because of the rain. And 4) putting their grubby hands on my historic truck we are restoring to open a bad door and slam it shut without permission. It is not your right to open any vehicle in my driveway for any reason!...

Wish there was a 0 star choice. Wasted a 25 min. trip to be refused a sure post package that was sitting on the shelf because it had to be scanned on the delivery date. Was told the package would be pulled from the route and I could pick it up the next morning and wasted another 25 min trip to find that it was on the...
