Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Bedminster Township

This is the second time I’ve had issues with Tractor supply , so I’m putting them on the back burner for awhile and use my other better managed vendors. For The second time I have to buy higher price feed corn, it comes out to more cost for pound , with todays inflation I try to get the best value where ever possible and lately it wasn’t been Tractor supply Pipersville branch .There are many resources in the area , Davis, Ace and Agway ! This is just part of my issues with this branch on 2 occasions now I have observed elderly folks struggle to load their purchase while the help stares out the windows or chit chatting with the cashiers Dana ,who is managing this place. My alternate vendors always load or ask you to help. The branch was great when it first open but has steeply declined.I spoke to my son in law and his father who was pass President on the upper Bucks grange , readily agreed !My son in law goes elsewhere and it’s cheaper , that’s coming from a framer !! Always a pleasure to visit for our hobby farm needs Just check your receipt before leaving. Second time I was overcharged at checkout in the last couple of weeks. This one was for 40.00 so I won't be letting it go. Now I have to drive back tomorrow morning and waste the gas and my time.I'm starting to get a little concerned went to the checkout counter today and they had no idea what my phone number was it came up as I currently am not a customer there been using that phone number at checkout for the last few years since they started this program don't know what's going on but a little disappointedNot only do I lose all the points I had accumulated but today's expenditures went into nothing....

Looking to purchase a 150 gallon and 40 gallon Stock tank, after waiting 5 mins at an empty customer service I spoke with Jennie about using the outside gate to take them to my car parked right out side of it, she said no problem, and left me at the register for me to pay for the tanks.

I paid, checked customer service desk and no one was there so I proceeded outside to the stock tanks.

No one at the stock tanks either so I waited another 5 mins, tried to open the gate on my own, but backed away after reading the warning.

I then carried the 150 gallon with the 40 gallon inside of it, from the stock tanks, through the store, and to my car.

I will never be coming back to this...
