Jeff is the most miserable assistant manager I have ever come across in an auto parts store. You know that co worker you have that brings the morale down amongst everyone? That’s Jeff. I was just checking out and it was pretty empty in the store and Jeff was upset that more customers started to pull up. I feel bad for the other guys that work here because they are always polite and joking around and super helpful but you can tell Jeff needs to be voted out of the big brother house. The reason I'm giving this a three is because my husband and I had to make four trips to town because we were given the wrong part four different times on the same day. We told them the year, model, and make of the truck we needed parts for and it was pulled up on the computer and we were assured, each time, it was the part we needed. After buying a bad part and having to get that part removed and another one installed....well ranked up the mechanic fees and ultimately made me mad.
