The staff at beech creek is professional however the owner is not. He was yelling at me on the phone when his guys messed up not one, not two, but three times.. He tried to turn it on me that it was my fault. But when your employees don't put an important piece in your vehicle for the rims they just installed that I bought not from them but they installed them. That is the problem. He tried to say that he has a new guy over at the garage but how is that my problem. Maybe the owner is the problem with not keeping staff. Just wanted everyone to know what is happening over there in Beech Creek and the owner. Owner i have to say is very unprofessional. You should never yell and scream...

My dad mom sister and brother in law and a few friends go here so I figured I'd give it a shot well they are extremely strict on inspection most shops will keep ur case open so you don't have to pay multiple times for an inspection not this place they are just after your money save your money and go literally anywhere else or your "windshield wipers will leave streaks after three wipes" and that'll be 21 dollars now and every time you come in for an inspection what a scam I'll never go back and I'ma get my whole family and my friends to switch shops I took my car somewhere else and they only hit me for one of the five items these people...

The folks at LMR tied have always given me a great experience.
