What time exactly does the place close?? When it was midnight at 11:30 lights and doors started to lock, when it was 11:00pm at 10:30 no food orders and lights and doors start to go out at 10:45pm, now at 10 pm no food after 9:30 lights are out doors are locked at 9:50 pm. If a business wants to stop food at 9:30 then they closed at 9:30 if the doors lock at 9:50 your not open until ten why lie to customers if you close before the sign says so then post the correct time. Your profitability should be adjusted to give the staff time to clean the kitchen after the store closes at 10:00pm not while in operations. If you stop look back at your sales and add what you've now lost due to closing early you may notice your losing revenues. The trend looks to me like employees closing the doors early has set your time to close back customers see the store closes at9:50 with miserable staff after 9:30 we ain't coming in after 9:15 so now you'll be closing at 9:00 your business is successful because of need more than it is because of customer service and prices. You do have some very good employees and very good inventory's pricing isn't bad but your night time staff and a select few random staff are very rude and don't like their job. Fix it or you will find Sheetz or Rutter's taking over this territory as well we already have to go to Sheetz to get our food at 9:30 on our way to work we used to stop in your store. My “Loyalty” card is worn out. It does not work at the pumps. I needed gas today before heading to an appointment. I had to go in the store and with in line to use my loyalty card and pay for the gas. Georgie looked out and said I was parked at pump 2. She put $50 on pump 2. I go to my vehicle only to realize I was at pump 5. I had to go back into the store, wait in line AGAIN for her to move my payment to the right pump, and I no longer received the reduced price. I was late for my appointment over this. And my loyalty card still doesn’t work! They have some kind of problem with giving out a new card when one...

I was shocked at how much stuff this convenient store had from beer and alcohol to regular drinks, candy, skills games gas station and cooked food to go. UNFORTUNATELY I ORDERED 2 Philly Cheese steaks one plain that I gave to my dog and the other one for me lettuce tomatoes cheese and onion. That cheesesteak had so much lettuce on it that Subway would have been laughing at it, plus it made my stomach hurt. The people that work there are fine the service was ok too.
