If you are looking for a family oriented place DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I knew the female associates name that was unbelievably unprofessional and rude to my nephews and my sister. They are an active family of seven and she spoke to my nephew like an angry crazy woman ( possible steroid side effect?)then hung up on my sister who called her about it, then accused my sister of hanging up. My nephews and sister are respectful and kind people. They are an active family of seven who are now happy members of TOTL fitness. I visited while here and I highly recommend TOTL. Love that there is a 24hr gym available, working my hours I need that. But lately the office hours are inconsistent, vending machine has been broken for weeks, treadmills are unstable, equipment not functioning at all. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better, and have staff available on the weekends.
