Heated 4 U — Local services in Bel Air

I first ordered some heated gear from Dawn and John over this summer 2017 for a trip I was planning to ride up to Rocky Mountain National Park in mid September. I had called the number on the website first just to see if they actually had the wire harness I was looking for because I had ordered two weeks prior a product from a competitor that the website showed it in stock. A week later I got an email and said they were out of stock and would notify when they were getting product in. So when I called heatedclothing4u to see if they had it, John answered on his cell and he wasn't in the office yet, but knew exactly what I wanted and said he'd ship it out that day. I live in Texas, and I got 3 days later, unbelievable!!! Then 4 days before my trip, I realized I needed a connector, and I looked all over the internet, but could not find anything that would get the connector to me within 10 days. I took the chance and ordered from heatedclothing4u again, and I called them and asked if they could please expedite it, because I was leaving on my Colorado trip, and without that connector, my heated gear would be useless. Dawn emailed me 10 minutes later and said they were going to be at a Goldwing show in North Texas over the weekend, so they brought my connector with them, knowing I would need something else, lol. I live 5 minutes from where that Goldwing show was. John and Dawn, met my girlfriend at a street corner and they gave her connector I paid for. I think she might of given them some cookies or something too for their trouble but the customer service by these guys is ridiculously AWESOME. I have never seen better. I've been known to get on the bike and head out to Death Valley in February, or ride up to PA's Amish Country in January and when you take off from Florida one might not think much about "Heated Gear" for the first couple hundred miles or so. I have long since been a fan of the products and service that is provided by my good friends John and Dawn at Heated 4 U. While I don't need leg warmers (ya gotta look closely at the picture, LOL, I do rely on a Heated Vest and Gloves. For years this gear has worked as expected and with no problems. Recently, while on a trip back to Maryland I made it a point to stop in and visit them at their new store. Great setup. I also discovered that they had a new product ling out that was significantly improved over my heated liner, soooooo I was quick to make the purchase . Awesome California Heat jacket & pants from Heated 4 U. John the owner provided the best service possible in fitting and shipping me the outer jacket and pants. They special ordered the pants from their factory to get me the size I needed and consulted over the phone several times to ensure the order went smoothly. They provided the best customer service experience I've ever had. They do whatever it takes and go above and beyond to accommodate the customer. And the California Heat products are high quality and price is good. I've had Gerbing and other products, but Cali Heat are the best in my experience.
