Gentleman was very helpful in helping me find sale items. His customer service was top notch. However it was 3 mins before closing and after he rung me up I was told by one of the other workers that they had already counted the register. Therefore I had to go out to my car and pay with my card instead of paying with the cash that I had intended to use. I didn’t understand why they would count the drawers when there were still customers in store and in line. This was reason for low rating. I don’t know if this is standard or proper protocol but when I made the comment that it didn’t make sense for them to close out when they had customers in the store one of the female workers commented cause we can. I went in there the other day; stock is stacked up all around, and items that fell off the shelves are laying on the floor unattended. The store smells dirty. A guy by the name of Josh checked my husband and me out. Josh did not greet us, no asking if we found everything okay, no smile, no eye contact, no conversation; he just had a stone cold-looking face and told me how much I owe.
