XP-Tints — Local services in Bel Aire

I made an appointment which they scheduled weeks out. So I waited patiently and they had made it for super early and I live in augusta. I watch my granddaughter that is Special Needs in El Dorado 4 days a week they and they couldn't find 3 days that would work for me best literally any of the hours that I'm not working. So got up this morning came early dropped my husband off he took care of the baby and he is terminally ill mind you he should not be but he's okay to take care of her for a couple of hours but I don't normally leave him for that long. They did fine thankfully but I had to go here from home and then back to give her gas after she got off work at 8:30 and go as fast as I could without getting a ticket to go over there and I was probably not even 15 minutes late I got a message saying that they were going to cancel me because they have too much going on and then he talked about having a 2-month-old baby and blah blah blah and if I wanted to come sit and wait be my guest basically I could just see what happens like I'm just going to sit there all day! So I paid someone for gas, ran all over the place trying to hurry without getting a ticket! And then almost get there and they tell me they have to cancel me! Anyways I could go on and on but definitely not taking my vehicle there I see that they have five stars but I would have gave them zero stars there but I couldn't! Pretty sad really and then he wouldn't ever text me back about a new appointment. So I'm back watching the grandbaby and not very satisfied person about it. Just letting you all know what's up! Amazing service. I used to go to Tintmaster, however I brought my last truck to XP to get all around tint due to him being more educational, and all around more responsive. He educated me on Dyed, Carbon and Ceramic film - ended up going with Ceramic and an eye brow on the front windshield. Ended up trading my truck in 3 weeks later, and brought my new Explorer to him as well. His attention to detail is wonderful, his knowledge is great - he let me wait, learn and observe, and was fun to talk to both times while he explained what he was doing, and past jobs. He allowed me to position my eye brow how I wanted it, to MY liking, something no tinter has ever let me do. Much better experience than the Tintmaster for me, highly recommend!!! I asked for 20% on the front and back windows and 5% on the brow, he did MAYBE 20% on the brow and nothing to the back and added like 35 to the front, asked for 20% front and back but yet they somehow ended up being 2 different shades lol, guy takes forever and when I confronted him about it he said he would remove it and re do it for an additional $100, he also can’t do a brow to save his life I asked for a straight across line on the windshield at the legal line and he curved it with the windshield and it looks horrible, I then had bubbles in the brow and he said that he would not re do it for free that I still had to pay $100, I then told him I want it done for free and...
