Kids Unplugged — Local services in Belfast

I tried to book a birthday party in person. It was during open hours but there was no clear signage on which door acrually leads to the KU. There is one sign in front of rhe building but none on the sides. I went around and found some sort of daycare playground. Went back. I finally pushed open one of the doors to find an abandoned staff desk. Still no signage there so I wasn't even sure if I'm in the right place. I called out several times. No one answered. Instructor was not clear on cancelation process to inform new parents on when they cancel classes. After the first cancelation, and was informed on how to use the websites calendar and was better prepared going forward until the second cancelation which was to make up the first, where the page clearly stated there was class, was no note on the website or was given any cancelation email when I prepaid ahead of time for my 2 children and got shorted a class. We have been attending gymnastics class at Kids Unplugged for many years as well as a few birthday parties! Our daughter has grown to love the facility, staff, and the love for gymnastics. It’s given her the opportunity to grow in many ways including physically, emotionally, and some independence. She has gained self confidence in trusting herself and trying new things.
