Stood in line to pay for weigh ticket, a cashier calls any customer over whose paying with cash to step over. I was nice enough to allow another customer who was passing her register to go ahead of me. She rings him out, I step up and when I do she tells me sorry her register is closed, I would have to go back to the register I was in line originally. I then had to wait again for another customer who was originally behind me. When I finally ask for my weigh ticket, she informed me it was in the booth. I said sign says pay cash inside, if full load, weigh come in and pay. She informs me it's to be paid before. PEOPLE NEED TO GET THEIR HEADS OUT OF THEIR ARSE AND REWITE THE SIGN ON THE SCALE. TOO MANY BODIES STANDING AROUND LOOKING FOR CONVERSATION WITH OTHERS AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO FINISHING WHAT YOU STARTED, CALLING CASH CUSTOMERS OVER THEN SENDING THEM AWAY. However the new owner who bought this place out in last week of May, stop accepting any fleet cards or comdata or anything else truck payment related. You got to go across the street now. All the years I've come here now I'm forced to go across the street because the new owner does not know what he is doing. He is effectively committing financial suic|de. What a shame. It's terrible when a new person comes in and screws everything up with a truck stop. From what I understand he's no longer targeting truck drivers but Farmers ranchers and RV drivers. Instead of answering me she spoke to a younger lady saying you need to take care of this and the younger lady started complaining that she had come in early and hadn't had her break yet. So I said "If you don't want to serve me I can leave". I found it very unprofessional that they were arguing about breaks and who should serve the customer in front of that customer. I won't go back.
