Called to have furniture taken by them, no questions asked...just took down my address and what the items were. I was given no pre-requisites or specific details. I then get a call the morning of and was told "they don't do steps" so now I've already lost the help that I would have had to bring these things down the stairs when I called the first time because that information was never told to me. Now they are refusing to take a nice tv stand and coffee table because they don't refinish furniture. I have seen with my own 2 eyes furniture in their store that needs refinished. The whole point is to get it free and then sell it cheap for homeowners to fix up themselves. I wouldn't waste your time asking them to pick up your stuff and just take it straight to the dump if you need to. They probably need to train their employees and volunteers...

Does not manage their online ordering process well. Wont update site quick enough if someone buys something in store (why not have certain items you can only purchase online to prevent this issue for both buyers and staff.) and pictures of items aren’t accurate (ex: 3 items in picture but apparently when you buy it you only get 1 unless you up the quantity which is not clear at all.) very very unfortunate experience. Now I have to wait 7-10 days...

This place is an absolute gem! Every time I go in here I find exactly what I am looking for and the prices are very reasonable for second hand furniture. I turned this retro piece I found at habitat for humanity and turned it into a bar! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They helped me load it into my car with no issues! Great place to go for high quality vintage/used...
