To be honest they don’t even deserve 1 star at all . So unprofessional , the head lady of the school “Mrs.Vonnie” is rude has been rude since the beginning my son has only been here not even a couple months the first week of him attending school another kid in his class hit him with the shoe & when I picked my son up from school they said my son was the aggressor , then when I pressed the issue I called back later that day & they said the other child had hit my child first . My child is not an aggressive kid matter fact he’s friendly for his age compared to other kids out here . Everyday my son comes home dirty , clothes ruined or stained , and shoes FILLED WITH DIRT. It’s like they don’t care if the child clean or dirty . They barley have black or mixed kids there the school has literally nothing but white kids in it . Ever since I brought to their attention the two write ups in one day they have had an attitude with me since . These people are very unprofessional, unorganized & very disrespectful and rude so today March 24th I got a call from them because they said once again my child is acting out & I have 30 minutes to come get him or there calling DCF , mind you I was at work and I work 45 minutes to a hour away . They said my kid was picking up chairs and hitting himself with it & i don’t believe it because I asked for them to review the cameras because it’s always something with this dirty school & I told them I’ll call the police out here to handle this & they told me straight up my kid can not come back because “Mrs.Vonnie” said im threatening her to call the police . Little do they know I have been taking videos and pictures of everytime I walk in there or they say something to me I have proof of my child saying they hit him & other kids hit him as well . Before this school my child was in a daycare & he was in classes with normal kids & not all the way there kids and I NEVER HAD ONE ISSUE with that school. A Law Suit will be filed and I will be in contact with DCF & Marion County Sherrifs office & Belleview Police Department because of everything that takes place at this school . This was my daughters first daycare , I gave it a try because no other daycares had any spot open , I knew it wasn’t a good fit when we would pull into the parking lot and my duaghter would immediately scream and cry ,and when I went to pick her back up she’d cry to me, they wouldn’t allow you in the back either. They did have a portal of where they’d upload pictures. Whoever is the owner is just completely rude and on a power trip. I didn’t like her attitude when I was in the process of signing my daughter up , me and her dad were frantic because it was our first time putting our daughter into a daycare facility at all and the owner did not make that transition easy. She’s very non chalant and has an I don’t care attitude. I’ve recently called up about my tax form & she claims she can’t email or have anyone else pick it up, she claims because it’s illegal. I live almost 2 hours away , my daughters other daycare from ocala had no issue with emailing it over. Her current daycare where she is at now had no problem handing it to my daughters father either. All I needed was the amount I payed in and my tax number, which is not illegal AT ALL. This place will give you a run for your money. My daughter came home disgusting 24/7 here , clothes absolutely ruined. As soon as you walk in all you hear is babies crying and not being tend to. Me personally that is a red flag. When I was touring the daycare we peeked our heads in the newborn room and I saw a worker kissing an infant in the newborn room. RED FLAG again. She was giving me a tour of out back and there was a kid standing in a gated off area all by himself and she said nothing she shut the door and kept the tour going. If your looking for a great daycare I highly recommend gods gift Christian academy in ocala and making that extra drive because it is absolutely worth every penny. My daughter learned so much from gods gift & loved being there , she was so happy to go to school & came home...

I am only giving a one bc one of my grandsons teachers there was his mothers teacher and she is the only good thing. All the good staff left and a new director came in and she is miserable! The rates doubled and their closed more than their open. They close randomly without much notice except for the water line break or chlorinater problem or whatever their excuse is. They can’t retain staff which I understand covid really messed up a lot but this was going on prior to that and their latest was closing for the water issue on the day of their vpk graduation which they failed to notify my daughter of the rescheduled date therefore she missed my grandsons graduation. He was the only one without a parent. When my daughter confronted them the girl at the front desk said well he wasn’t the only One bc another mother couldn’t get off work. Well no duh when you change the days like your underwear! Some people have to work. This daycare has truly declined over the years. There has been many issues over the two years my grandson has gone there and the saddest is he has a speech issue so he can’t even totally express his feelings to them. I can’t imagine him standing there and seeing all the other parents there and wondering where his mom and dad were. It’s a milestone in his life they missed bc of the incompetence of the staff. Their excuses ranged from broken water lines to staff puking and that we don’t know the behind the scenes issues. Ok I even get that but she called that morning to see if they were even going to be open and still not one word about vpk graduation. These things didn’t happen when Tara and Nancy were there. It’s very sad that this once great daycare has gone down the tubes…. I wouldn’t recommend this facility...
