Dollar General — Local services in Belleview

Went into this store this morning and brought an item that was on sale but when it rang up it was the original price I told the cashier that it was on sale that there was a sign under the product but she did not even go to check to see if it was on sale. I went myself to double check and it was I told her again that there was a sign that said it was on sale but again the cashier did nonething about it. She just stood there waiting on me to pay for my transaction. I felt that it was poor...

Rude employees. I myself, work at a different Dollar General and try to help customers save their money via digital coupons, surveys etc... But I was purchasing an item & using the digital coupon. The cashier was clueless and did not even want to help me...the asst mgr was just as rude when i explained the situation. If u have no customer service skills you do not belong working in or with the public. I will not go back to this location & shop...

Buyer beware! Just left this location minus an item I purchased. I went back in with receipt. The item was the first thing rung up...why wouldn't it be in my bag? They tried to check surveillance camera, but couldn't. Said I could go get another bottle of the glass cleaner. I left without it totally insulted. This is the second time I didn't get home with what I paid for from...
