Lived this place, as a new neighbor, they really make you feel welcome and explain everything to detail. It's really nice to have a place to go shill even if you have to pay a yearly fee is worth it. An 18 year old man was shot around here during a community gathering on a drug deal gone wrong. No arrest had been made. The police station is right here in the community center. Marion oaks Police is a joke. The city raised property taxes over $1300 this year but the community has gotten worse. A lot of crime and no police presence to be seen. I wonder where the money is going. My rating to this center and the whole community is 1 star because...

I have to be honest i have never been in the community center building. But i have frequent the park with my son. He has fun.there is a tract to walk.play tennis...play basketball and other games. They also have basic outside park exercise equipment to use and its free. I heard there is a small membership fee to use the gym. But a few gym heads i know said the gym is not that great.
