The Male individual that is working today is very rude and unprofessional, He doesn’t know his job and really needs some major training if he is going to stay employed as he couldn’t tell me over the phone how much the rental is for the rug doctor and or equipment when asked. He even told me after 15 minutes of him scraggly and around his desk it sounded like that I would have to call back later because he was with other individuals even though I had called and been on the phone with him for an extended amount of time already, he was extremely rude to my employee whom also had called an hour prior to me calling and was rude to my daughter who reached out to him about 15 minutes before I did, This kind of behavior is really uncalled for and really needs some disciplinary actions taken. Note: As of now I will not return here and will wait for the Family dollar and dollar tree to do my personal and company business, from here on out the Dollar General just lost my business! I always believed in this town we are family and we treat people and each other with respect and kindness and even the outsiders we stand as a small group town here and we stand united.
