Ever since the new owner took over, every time I've gone in here, not one employee will ask you if you need help? This morning I went in, 3 people working all standing at the counter talking. Not one of them asked if I needed help finding something? I walked past them 3 times looking for some short pipe. The older gentleman with glasses just stares at you like you're going to steal something. I will never walk in that store again. I'll take my business to Ace in Marshall. They know how to help...

Great place, great staff, great prices and very helpful staff. I love having this hardware store in our small town of Bellevue if they weren’t there it would really suck. I’m glad to have this business here! They keep it clean and organized and the staff always go above and beyond especially in the winter when filling the propane tanks they will do it for you while you shop or wait to pay. So you don’t have to stand in the cold....

Went to purchase three besco water and I barely was out of my auto, they had unloaded the empty bottles. While I was in line to pay my new bottles were already load in my automobile. Great customer service. I will be making the drive from Charlotte for all of my water needs. I re commended them...
