What a fit-fun-time I had today with #madmilesrunclub wasn’t sure how #crossfit and boot camp intersect but I’ma tell ya what, the legs… my legs were tired. I loved the spacing the different stations, in addition to various weights. Not to mention, the explanation and workouts from the owners, that were easy enough to remember but after set 1 of skies, box jumps, kettle bell swings, burpees, running man (No, really! They ran with their partner), walking with kettlebells to the mailbox and back, in addition to the rowing machine finish— baaaby, if a burn was what you were after, a burn is what you got!! My thighs cramped, and that has never happened before. Ever— I consider myself fit, fit! But baaaaaabaaaay, I’m tired! Loved every minute of the beat!! Been waiting half of the summer for that💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🔥🔥🔥🔥

Little did I know 8 weeks later that I would find a community that has encouraged me, mentored me, and pushed me to new heights and PR’s, while making me feel like family. Not only that, but meeting a passionate owner who writes incredible programming and wants what is best for all of his members. All I can say is that if you’re in the West Charlotte/Belmont Area, you MUST try CrossFit Wreckage. You will be amazed at what you’ll find and accomplish!

I had a long layover in Charlotte and wanted to get a workout in, so I stopped by CrossFit Wreckage since it was super close and easy to get to from the hotels near the airport. I’m so glad I did! The entire crew was incredibly welcoming, plus the class was run really well. I was able to get a solid lift in followed by a AMRAP that left me feeling accomplished before I go sit on a plane for a few hours 🤪 If you're ever in the area and need a drop-in spot, I highly recommend CrossFit Wreckage!

I'm 6mo new to Charlotte and have visited 2 boxes so far. This being my third, it's my favorite so far. I visited on a Saturday for 8am class and it happened to be free for my first visit! When i pulled up i was greeted by a couple whom were very welcoming. They happened to be trainers! I met with Billy, the owner, who was extremely informative and encouraged me since it had been about a month since i last did crossfit. Billy showed me around, had me show him my capabilities, and even educated me to prepare for the hero WOD. The most exciting part for me is that it was just me and the couple trainers, Emily and Scott, who were great to workout with. It was also open gym, and there was one other person working out alone but like everyone in there, she all encouraged us as we went through the WOD. But if you like larger groups, no worries, because the following class came in almost 30 deep. I highly recommend checking them out. After i finish shopping around i plan to definitely return here. I may participate in the Open...

I've been coming here for a month now, and during that time, Dylan the owner and other gym members have been helping me improve my form. As a newcomer to CrossFit, I’ve found everyone to be incredibly patient and supportive. The community here is fantastic, always encouraging and motivating each other. In addition to the helpfulness of everyone, I appreciate the structured workouts because they push me to try movements I wouldn't normally attempt, leading to significant improvements in my strength and endurance. The gym has a welcoming atmosphere, and I highly recommend using the free day pass to see if it's right for you. I did, and I've been coming...
