I talked to Jason about a set of Wheels I had purchased for a dually. One wheel was chipped from shipping and my customer was upset. I called hem explained the situation and said it’ll be a week for a new wheel to ship out, I was not going to lose a sale because of this so I had the wheel fixed at a wheel shop. I then called and explained the situation once again, they understood and said we’ll take $150 off your next purchase. When I tried to call back said they didn’t sell a credit, the sales rep didn’t work there anymore and no email was sent to me telling me I had a credit. I had taken his word for this and at the end of the day it is somewhat my fault for not talking to a manager but they could have at least took the time to look into it. No effort was made when I called about this issue just excuse after excuse. I strongly suggest you look over every wheel before scheduling an appointment for your customer if your ordering from here. I was trying to establish business with this company and was stonewalled by a representative named Steve in their Charlotte location! He proceeded to tell me he would not allow my account to be established unless I was going to do advertising for Wheel Pros. He then went into a barrage of questions of how we are going to push their business. Mind you I'm just setting up as a vendor! I do not work for Wheel Pros. There is nothing on their website or that states you have to do any of this to become an account holder. These guys are picking and choosing who they do business with. This is the epitome of discrimination. Steve then continues to speak to me in a very condescending tone. He put me on hold because I asked to speak with Ken his GM and all of a sudden bam! I purchased custom wheels from these people. Niche Element build to my satisfaction. First it took about six months to get them because they said they ran out of material. When I got them they looked amazing.i was happy. My BMW E46 widebody never looked o good. Months later I noticed the lips started showing imperfections. Long story short the lips are corroding bad. 5k down the drain and when I contacted them they said I had to purchase more lips another $1000. Get the F out of here.
