Don’t get anything from them!! My sister bought a bearded dragon from them and the poor thing looked sickly. They had him half priced because they knew he was not in good shape! Told her he was in healthy conditions and that he would be good for her. My sister had him for no more than a week and he died, called them and they said we don’t know what to tell you about that they don’t just die for no reason. She has several geckos and an iguana and bearded dragon that are healthy and has been a reptile mom for years!! Told her it was her fault and not their issue!!! This place will sell any sick pet to you for half price then blame you for it dying!! This place is a total joke and don’t make it right!! If you know they are sick and still sell it to people is bullcrap!! Should have told her his issues instead of lying about him. Well sell anything to make a buck!! She would have found the right treatment for him if they told her he was not in good health and needed extra care or what help he would...
Read moreGreat place to spend money and get insulted while doing so. They offer a wide array of fish but not much knowledge. I’ve dealt with these ppl for many yrs and know some of them outside of the business. The owner is a nice guy , however, he’s not there much . I have a fish I bought from here that stopped eating and I got my water checked elsewhere ( it was perfect) but my baby still isn’t eating so I’m calling a place in Cincinnati and having a guy come to my house . Big money but worth it ... I called Belpre aquarium before contacting Ohio, to see if they would be interested in coming to check my tank . Guy didn’t let me get that far . So educate yourself and be prepared for blunders. Seek education elsewhere , it will save you the embarrassment and frustration 😊 Good show though .. no ppl skills . Ppl tried to warn me but I had to learn the hard way . Hopefully my fish makes it . The first stuff they sold me almost did him in . It was for salt...
Read moreSERIOUS ANIMAL NEGLECT. Do not come here for anything other than fish. Living conditions of the birds and rodents was abysmal. The smell was absolutely horrible, I've worked in hospitals and nursing homes and never smelled anything that disgusting. The smell of the urine and feces about knocks you out as soon as you enter. The rodents have very little food no hides, and there cages look like they haven't been cleaned in months. That much ammonia build up is dangerous for birds and rodents, as well as people. Not to mention the fact that these exotics were all crammed in cages in a tiny corner in the back of the store.. One of the female employees was sweet but the rest were apathetic and cared little about the animals in there care. In my opinion the should just stick to selling fish as the clearly don't care about their...
