I made a complaint to Subway via the Subway app and now a week later and no response from anyone, I'm forced to make my Google review. This was a Sunday at 1.30pm EMPTY RESTAURANT. I wanted a Turkey bacon avocado wrap, was told no wraps no Avocado sorry. I then asked for a Turkey footlong on wheat and was told no wheat bread sorry. I settled for white bread. I asked for it to be lightly toasted and again the guy said no, sorry our toaster isn't working properly. I then noticed a barrier to where you can no longer see them putting on the meats, so once he slid the sandwich across I noticed only 4 little thin slices of turkey as he was spreading 3 triangle slices of cheese across a footlong sub. I commented saying is that all the meat I get ? He said yup unless you want double meat extra cost. Then proceed to lightly put on any topping of veggies I wanted as if he was saving as much as he could. I had to repeatedly ask for more veggies which he very reluctantly would add a piece. Finally finished i paid 11 bucks for 4 thin slices of turkey and a tiny bit of veggies UNTOASTED. Read moreI stopped to order a sub. I was followed in by another customer that works across the road from the Subway. I was ignored for several minutes standing at the order counter. Then a employee name of Cat started working on the other customer before asking me anything. Then she more interested in what the other employees were working on, She finally got back to my order and ask me what I wanted on my sub then I had to repeat that I wanted the sub toasted with meats and she had the other customer order already in the oven. She had to ask me Three times what I wanted on my sub because she was continuing to talk to other employees! The forth time she had to ask me, I tole her she needed to pay attention to the person she was suppose to be waiting on. That started here mouth off to the rudeness till I told her she would not work for me with that attitude. I told her that I would report her to the owner and she mouthed me off again. I dont care who you are if you are going to be touching my food WASH YOUR HANDS!! I was getting a footlong ham sub but instead i got nothing but attitude She need to work on her manners!!
