In town for a horse show and arrived late. Need to pick up a couple of drinks for the morning and pulled in as they were closing. Despite having already turned their lights off, they open the doors and let us do some shopping. That led to finding out that they serve food And we got the best chicken fried steak I have ever had! That was made for us the next day and might be a reason to come to Belton just to get another serving of that. Do yourself a favor if you’re ever within 100 miles and stop in to meet Larry and his family and enjoy some amazing cooking...

First off, I must say that this is the cleanest gas station I've ever been too outside of Bucce's. Thats important ya'll because they make your food! I ordered Chicken fried steak that comes with mashed potatoes and green beans ( 2 plates) and an order of greens. All were absolutely amazing!! The portions were massive. One plate is enough to feed 2 adults. Of course some will argue that but no one in my house can eat more than 1/2. The staff was also very nice and courteous.
